Zühlke Architecture Days 2024
Excited to have participated at the Zühlke Architecture Days today! This event, created by architects for architects, serves as a platform to spark discussions, to explore different perspectives, and challenge traditional thinking.

The event was largely self-organized, allowing participants to guide the conversation. The real value came from the knowledge and ideas contributed by the attendees.
I particularly appreciated:
- Rathgeb Christoph: For the discussion about advancing projects while developing team members, covering strategies for fostering growth, overcoming mentorship communication barriers, and sharing both successful and less successful experiences.
- Christian Tschenett: For sharing experiences with IaC refactoring, tool support and the discussion about potential path forwards and on how to bring true code discipline to Infrastructure-as-Code.
